2010 Waterfront condo – still one of the fine
The Waterfront is evidence that quality built in 2010 continues to outperform newer but less carefully managed developments. The lakeside setting is consistently beautiful. Management has maintained the grounds and facilities impeccably. Units are well-sized and comfortable. Highway and road access is good. Community is stable and friendly. For buyers seeking established quality in a beautiful setting, The Waterfront remains one of the best options available. -

Lakeside living benchmark – The Waterfront st
Bought into The Waterfront in 2011 and the value appreciation has been excellent. The lakeside setting remains beautiful and well-maintained. Management committee has been consistently proactive over the years. Units are spacious. Good access to surrounding commercial areas and highways. The community of long-term residents creates a very stable, pleasant living environment. An investment that has proven its worth decisively. Highly recommend. -

The Waterfront – lakeside elegance since 2010
The Waterfront Condominium completed in 2010 was ahead of its time in bringing genuine lakeside residential living to Malaysia. The water views remain spectacular. Management has maintained the development to a consistently high standard over 15 years. Facilities including pool and lakeside walkways are well-kept. Good road and highway connectivity. Units are generous in size by modern standards. An enduring, quality residential address. -
