Highway connectivity to Georgetown and Bayan Lepas is good. Penang's famous food scene is accessible throughout the island. Pool and gym facilities are modern and well-maintained. Have been at The Wave Penang since completion in 2020. The coastal design concept is refreshing and the facilities are well-maintained. Penang's expressway network makes getting around the island efficient. Local hawker food options nearby are fantastic. Management is responsive and the building is consistently clean. Good mix of local Penangites and expats in the community. A quality modern Penang address. -
