Premium address, but the real value is the ov
For me, the attraction of The Westside Two is not just the unit or the building, but the whole Desa ParkCity setting. Some condos can be impressive on paper, but this one seems to have stronger appeal because of the township itself — the park-facing concept, the surroundings, and the more established residential atmosphere. Since it was completed in 2015, buyers should also go in with realistic expectations that it is not a brand-new project anymore, but the upside is that it already feels established instead of speculative. If someone wants a freehold condo with decent size, good surroundings, and a location that still holds strong appeal for own stay, this one feels quite solid. -

Good for families who want a more polished ow
What stands out to me about The Westside Two is that it gives more of a proper residential feel instead of that “small unit, lifestyle branding first” kind of project. Most of the layouts are in the larger range and many listings show 3+1 room configurations, so it makes more sense for family living, work-from-home, or people who just want more usable space. Facilities also look fairly complete, and being in Desa ParkCity means you’re not just buying the condo itself, but also the surrounding township lifestyle. Of course, this is not the cheapest option around, so I think it suits buyers who already know they are paying for the ParkCity environment, upkeep, and overall liveability. -

Nice balance of privacy, space, and Desa Park
Honestly The Westside Two feels like one of those condos people usually buy more for own stay than just for investment hype. The unit sizes are quite generous by today’s standard, so it doesn’t have that overly cramped feeling you get from many newer high-rises. Since it is within Desa ParkCity, the biggest plus is still the environment — cleaner, more organised, and overall more pleasant for daily living. I also like that it’s not an ultra-dense project, so even though it’s still a high-rise, the whole place should feel a bit more comfortable and less chaotic. For families or buyers who want a more mature and premium township feel, this one is quite easy to like. -
