  Good & Value for money

  The Zizz may not be perfect, but it definitely offers good value for money. The units are practical and comfortable, and the overall environment is pleasant for everyday living. One of the strong points is the location. It’s within walking distance to the MRT station, making daily commuting much easier. There are also plenty of places to eat around the area, and most of the food and essentials are quite affordable. With the nearby 99 Speedmart, getting daily items is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the fresher air compared to more crowded city areas, which makes the surroundings feel more relaxing. Overall, for the price you pay, The Zizz provides a solid balance of convenience, comfort, and value.

  good environment and neighborhood

  Good buy

  It's a good buy with MRT 350m away, walking distance and compare to other condo newly built nearby @ d'sara sentral, I'm sure The Zizz pricing is cheaper.
