The Zizz captures the energy of Damansara North's emergence as a significant PJ urban corridor. The name is apt – there's genuine dynamism in both the development and the neighbourhood. MRT accessibility is a major practical advantage. Highway access for road commuting. New commercial outlets are arriving in the area regularly. Management is excellent. Well-designed units. Good investment in a growth corridor. Highly recommend. -

Damansara North's premium address – The Zizz
Moving to Damansara North in 2020 was a decision that has proven excellent. The area is growing rapidly with new commercial developments and improved infrastructure. The Zizz is one of the best-managed condos I've lived in. MRT connectivity, Sprint Highway, and NKVE make the wider PJ and KL accessible. Units are modern with quality fittings. Pool and gym are excellent. Strong emerging community of young professionals. -

The Zizz Damansara North – lifestyle condo in
The Zizz at Damansara North is one of the standout developments in this rapidly growing PJ corridor. Completed in 2020, the design is energetic and modern. MRT Damansara Damai is nearby, connecting to the whole KL rail network. The emerging commercial scene around Damansara North is adding amenity options. Good highway access via Sprint and NKVE. Management is professional. Units are well-designed. Strong long-term growth area. -

Good & Value for money
The Zizz may not be perfect, but it definitely offers good value for money. The units are practical and comfortable, and the overall environment is pleasant for everyday living. One of the strong points is the location. It’s within walking distance to the MRT station, making daily commuting much easier. There are also plenty of places to eat around the area, and most of the food and essentials are quite affordable. With the nearby 99 Speedmart, getting daily items is very convenient. Another thing I appreciate is the fresher air compared to more crowded city areas, which makes the surroundings feel more relaxing. Overall, for the price you pay, The Zizz provides a solid balance of convenience, comfort, and value. -

Good buy
It's a good buy with MRT 350m away, walking distance and compare to other condo newly built nearby @ d'sara sentral, I'm sure The Zizz pricing is cheaper. -
