Three28 – KL's most value-for-money premium c
For the Jalan Tun Razak postcode and KLCC proximity, Three28 is exceptional value. Units are well-designed, management is solid, and the location speaks for itself. Completed 2016 and consistently well-maintained. Easy access to KLCC, Bukit Bintang, and Chow Kit markets. Monorail and LRT accessible. The KL Golf Club and Titiwangsa Lake are nearby for recreation. A prime KL address that continues to hold and grow its value. -

Jalan Tun Razak address near KLCC – the gold
Three28 gives you the KLCC proximity without the KLCC price tag. Jalan Tun Razak's premium address, access to KL Hilton, Hakka Republic, and excellent F&B nearby. KLCC is a short drive or even walkable for the dedicated. MRT Cochrane and LRT Ampang Park nearby. KL Golf and Country Club views from select units. Management is excellent. Well-positioned for the KL corporate and diplomatic community. Outstanding. -

Three28 Tun Razak – KLCC corridor premium add
Three28 on Jalan Tun Razak completed in 2016 is an excellent KL city condo. The Tun Razak address puts you in one of KL's prime residential and commercial corridors. KLCC is under 5 minutes. Pavilion KL and Suria KLCC are the obvious retail destinations. Public transport – monorail, LRT, and MRT – all accessible. Park/golf views from certain units. Management is professional. A smart mid-luxury KL address with consistent value. -
