Superb location and big rooms
Great for those who travel to work everyday and also need bigger space condo for family. -

Well conditioned Apartment close to KL centre
It is a nice well conditioned apartment near the centre of KL with good access and transport links to malls and city. Water, Gas and air conditioning all running well with 3 comfortable beds. Even though it has a large communal pool, it doesn’t get very busy so ideal for single swims or for families. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely come back to stay here when I travel back down to Malaysia for the UK. It is also not very far from the University of Malaysia so ideal for students or expats if applicable. The landlord and security are very friendly and accommodating. It is good for those looking for a good condition cheaper option just outside the centre of KL with great access links. -

Well-conditioned Apartment in good location c
It is a nice apartment in good condition in Taman Desa, not far from train links to access town and malls. Water, Gas and air conditioning all running well, with 3 comfortable beds. Large well maintained pool downstairs, even though communal pool for apartments, it doesn’t get very busy so very good to cater for single person swims or families. The landlord was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay back here again when I travel back to Malaysia from the UK and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bit of a good condition cheaper option living more or less near the centre of KL. It is also not too far from University of Malaysia for even students or expats to access if applicable. -
