Practical Selangorku option for first timers
My sister bought a unit here under the Selangorku quota and I've visited a few times. The apartment is clean and practical—what you'd expect for the price point. Beranang is very quiet, almost kampung-like, which suits some people well. No LRT or big malls nearby but basic daily needs are manageable. For a first home buyer on a tight budget who works somewhere near Semenyih or Nilai, this genuinely makes sense. -

Budget home, great for own stay
We moved into Transloyal about six months ago and it's been a comfortable experience. The unit is functional and decently sized for a subsidised scheme property. Neighbours are friendly and the community is growing. The main challenge is that Beranang is a bit remote—you need a car for everything. But the price we paid versus what we get is honestly good value. If you work nearby or can handle the commute, this is a solid affordable home. -

Affordable Selangorku home in Beranang
I bought my Transloyal unit under the Rumah Selangorku scheme and for the price, this is an absolute steal. Can't find this square footage this affordably anywhere else in Selangor. The layout is practical—3 bedrooms, decent size, everything you need. Yes, Beranang is a bit far from the city, but for a young family like ours just starting out, it works. The highway access to Nilai and Seremban is good and we're slowly getting more amenities nearby. -
