  Student-friendly location

  Sharing a unit here with friends while studying nearby. Affordable rent for the space we get. Buses are easy to catch and food places around never disappoint.

  Quiet but connected

  Surprisingly peaceful despite being near main roads. Public transport and taxis are easy to get. After work, the reflexology path and pool deck are my favourite spots to unwind.

  Easy living at Bayan Lepas

  Been staying here a few years and it still feels comfortable. Shops, eateries, and schools are all close by. The pool and gym are well maintained. Good mix of families and working adults in the community.
