Impressive KL development, aspirational livin
A friend hosted us at Tria for a weekend and I was blown away by the facilities. The lazy river pool, sky lounge, and BBQ decks all look straight out of a resort brochure. Unit was beautifully furnished and spacious. Seputeh is a lovely, quiet enclave—you wouldn't know you're so close to KL's busiest areas. Parking is well-managed and security is tight. Honestly raised my expectations for what condo living in KL can look like. -

Sophisticated design, exceptional facilities
We moved into Tria about eighteen months ago and still can't believe how good the common areas are. The pool deck feels like a five-star hotel—multiple pools, cabanas, beautiful landscaping. The gym is well-equipped. Inside the unit, the layout is smart and the finishes are premium. Seputeh as a neighbourhood is genuinely lovely—old trees, quiet roads, close to Mid Valley and KL city. If you can stretch the budget for Tria, it's worth every ringgit. -

Seputeh's hidden lifestyle gem
Tria at 9 Seputeh is genuinely one of the nicest residential developments I've come across in that part of KL. The architecture is elegant, units are well-designed with quality finishes, and the facilities are resort-grade—lazy river, infinity pool, rooftop lounge. The neighbourhood is leafy and quiet while still being 15 minutes from the city centre. Freehold too. I bought here for long-term hold and I'm very satisfied with the quality and the community vibe. -
