Perfect spot for city living
I moved here last year and honestly love it. The units are bright, modern, and the view from my balcony makes mornings better. Everything I need is just downstairs, whether its cafes, groceries, even a gym. Price is high, but you really get what you pay for here. -

Feels like a mini resort
We’ve been living here for six months, and weekends feel like a staycation. The pool and BBQ area are well-kept, and my kids love the playground. Security is tight, which gives us peace of mind. Its pricey but for our family’s comfort, it’s worth it. -

Good location for expats
As an expat working nearby, this place ticks all the boxes. Safe, convenient, and nicely maintained. I can walk to restaurants and still be home in minutes. Facilities are top-notch and the management staff are helpful. -

Work and play
I own an apartment at Tropicana Avenue and also rent a shop in the same building. We work till late at the shop but it doesn’t bother me as my return home is just an elevator ride away. I get to have home-cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. For those of you who still have to travel to work, there’s good public transport in this area as the locality is fully developed. There's a bus stop right outside the premises, and the new LRT line will connect via the Tropicana station. -

Mesmerizing views
The best part of staying in Tropicana Avenue are the mesmerizing views of this place. I am always capturing beautiful sunrises and sunsets here. If you opt for one of the higher floors you'd probably end up like me too. The condo has spacious apartments with large rooms and windows. Since it is a mixed-development project, we can get all our daily groceries done in the same building too. -

Scenic Selangor
Tropicana Avenue serviced residences is located is such a scenic part of Selangor, I feel like I live in paradise. I don’t know if I will even want to go on vacation! What I can say for sure is that in the past year since we rented an apartment here, we've not felt the need to travel. The condo itself is so nicely constructed, has modern amenities like a lovely pool, well-equipped gym and a bunch of game courts on par with many resorts. The family is in a cozy space, and I get to save all that travel money! -
