Visited a colleague who lives at Tuai and the development is well-presented—clean lobby, maintained facilities, and a tidy overall look. The unit had a smart layout making the most of the space available. The area around Setapak has decent amenities. No major complaints and for what they're charging, it's very fair. A good option in the KL east pocket.

Smart buy for KL working professionals
Bought at Tuai Residence as my first property. The price was competitive and the developer delivered a quality product. MRT connectivity in the Setapak corridor has improved a lot and that's been good for rental appeal. The unit finishes are above average for the price bracket. Management has been responsive and the building is well-run. Good starting point for young professionals entering the property market.

Good condo for KL eastside living
I've been staying at Tuai Residence for over a year and it's a comfortable, practical place to call home. Located in the Setapak corridor, access to the MRT and highways makes commuting manageable. The unit is modern and the facilities—pool, gym—are well-maintained. The area has a good mix of food options and daily necessities. For the price point, Tuai offers solid quality and a convenient KL east lifestyle.
