  Splendid sea view

  Ah what a wonderful location Twin Towers is situated in. The sea view is second to none, and multiple tourist attractions are in the vicinity so the quality of crowds and service here is better than some other areas of Penang. The apartment is now about two decades old but still feels on par with the newer luxury residences in Penang.

  Good change

  I used to live in a new project till 2019. But the condo was too crowded with way too many apartments and people so it was a conscious decision to rent an apartment at the Twin Towers. It has all the modern amenities and facilities of a new project but with fewer apartments to share it with. Now I can use the gym and pool and courts. There’s even a mini-mart in the condo.

  Early bird

  I was one of the first few who moved in to the Twin Towers at Tanjung Bungah in 2001. Have been living here for two decades, so I suppose this should be either a scathing review or a lovely one. It obviously is the latter. The apartment is beautiful with spacious rooms and very good quality construction that hasn’t deteriorated over the past 20 years. All the fitments and appliances work, the paint quality has stood the test of time and the location is ideal with every daily need met in the area.
