  Modern but relaxed

  The design is sleek without being too over the top. I liked the idea of having both a games room and gardens within the same project. It feels balanced—modern living with space to unwind.

  Family-friendly facilities

  We like that there’s a kids’ playroom and wading pool, while adults can enjoy the yoga studio and heated pool. It feels like the developer really thought about families.

  Feels like a holiday home
