  Student living made easy

  I’ve been living here while studying at UMS and it’s been very convenient. The unit is just nice to share with a roommate, and the facilities like the gym and study area help a lot. It feels safe, and getting to class only takes a few minutes.

  Perfect for students

  I think this place is great for those studying at UMS or UITM. It’s so near and the unit sizes are manageable for sharing. Also safer compared to renting old shoplot apartments.

  Quiet but accessible

  I like that it’s not too far from the city centre but still in a calmer area. Jalan Tuaran gives easy access when I need to head out. The pool and courtyard are nice touches, feels more relaxing after work.
