Type A has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with built-up size of 630 square feet and a starting price of RM 438,000. Type B has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with built-up size of 753 square feet and starting price of RM 490,000. Type C will be similar to Type C in terms of the number of bathrooms and bedrooms it has, difference being that its built-up size is bigger at 836 square feet and a higher starting price of RM 513,000.
