Central park, city views, and mall at your do
The 2-acre central park within the development is one of its best features – great for evening walks and kids to play. Upper-floor panoramic views of KL skyline make the space feel premium. MEX Highway access means getting to KLCC or Putrajaya is straightforward. Sunway Velocity Mall and AEON Taman Maluri are all within walking distance. Management is thorough and building conditions are kept extremely well. Best urban condo I've stayed in. -

Freehold + direct MRT + mall access = best co
Been here for over a year and still impressed. The freehold status in Cheras at this price point is remarkable. Sky Bar and Astronomy Observation Deck are genuinely special amenities. Sunway Medical Centre Velocity (SMCV) is 200m away which gives great peace of mind. Sunway Velocity Mall and MyTown cover all lifestyle needs within walking distance. IKEA Cheras rounds it off. Security and management are both excellent. Well worth it. -

Walking distance to 2 MRT stations and Veloci
V Residence 2 at Sunway Velocity is the most connected condo I've ever lived in. Direct underground link to Cochrane MRT and an elevated walkway to LRT stations – no need for a car for daily life. Sunway Velocity Mall is at the doorstep, MyTown and IKEA Cheras are minutes away. 2-acre central park for morning jogs. City skyline views are gorgeous from the upper floors. Facilities include sky bar, cinema room, and outdoor gym. A definite 5-star lifestyle. -
