Best mall-integrated condo in Cheras
Stayed at a friend's place in V Residence 3 and the experience was eye-opening. Everything is incredibly accessible—mall right below, LRT a short walk, Grab pickups super fast. The unit was sleek and the rooftop facilities were lovely. It's a bit pricier relative to older Cheras condos but the convenience is a complete game-changer. Would highly recommend to anyone prioritising urban connectivity. -

Premium integrated living in Cheras
V Residence 3 is a premium product in the Sunway Velocity ecosystem. The connection to the mall and the MRT/LRT network makes this genuinely one of the most convenient urban addresses in Cheras. The unit specifications are high—good finishes, solid appliances, smart layout. Facilities on the rooftop are resort-like. Management is professional and the building is very well-run. Great for lifestyle-focused buyers who want everything accessible. -

Sunway Velocity 3 — modern KL living
I moved into V Residence 3 at Sunway Velocity and the integrated mall concept is the killer feature. Sunway Velocity Mall is literally accessible from within the building—groceries, food court, cinema, gym. The unit is modern with quality finishes and the facilities are well-maintained. Cheras LRT is a short walk away. For car-free or car-light urban living in KL south, this is among the best options out there. -
