Solid mid-range KL condo
Visited a friend here and the development was well-presented and maintained. The lobby is tidy, facilities are in good working order, and the security is proper. Unit was comfortably sized with a sensible layout. The KL south location has decent connectivity and enough daily conveniences nearby. Nothing to write home about in terms of wow-factor but a solid, reliable condo where everything works as it should. -

Good family condo with decent facilities
We've been at V Residensi 2 for two years as a family and it's been comfortable. The unit size is practical, security is solid, and the pool and playground keep the kids entertained on weekends. Neighbours are mostly families which creates a nice community vibe. Highway access makes commuting manageable. Management has been responsive to maintenance requests. For families looking for a good-value KL south home, this ticks a lot of boxes. -

Modern and well-connected in KL South
V Residensi 2 has been a solid choice for me. The development is modern, well-maintained, and the location in the KL south corridor gives good highway access. The unit is practical and comfortable—good ceiling height, decent natural light. Facilities are in great condition and management is on the ball. The surrounding area has been developing steadily with more F&B and amenities. For a mid-range KL south buy, this is a reliable option. -
