  Friendly Neighbour

  What surprised me most about Vantage Point was the friendly community living here. During festive seasons, many residents gather around the barbeque area and lounge which creates a welcoming environment. My children have made friends easily because there are plenty of shared spaces for activities. The management team also responds quite quickly whenever maintenance issues are reported.

  Comfortable

  We have been staying in Vantage Point for almost three years and daily life has been smooth here. The mini mart downstairs is helpful whenever we need groceries quickly. I also use the gymnasium room regularly because it is clean and rarely overcrowded. The property still looks well maintained even though it was completed years ago.

  Great Family Choice

  We booked a unit here because the property feels safe and family friendly. Our kids spend a lot of time at the playground while we enjoy evening walks around the compound. The covered car park is also convenient during rainy days

  Mature KL condo that works well

  Visited a colleague at Vantage Point and was pleasantly surprised by how well the building has been maintained. Common areas are clean, facilities still functioning properly, and the security setup is adequate. The Jalan Ipoh address means KL connectivity is excellent. Unit was comfortably sized with a practical layout. For a mature KL condo at a reasonable price, Vantage Point holds up very well.

  Solid rental earner in established KL corrido

  I own a unit at Vantage Point as part of my portfolio. The Jalan Ipoh corridor is established and demand has been consistent. My tenant pool has been a mix of young professionals working in KL city and Segambut. Rental rates are reasonable for the area and vacancy has been minimal. The building is maintained to a good standard which helps with tenant quality. A reliable, unfussy investment in a proven KL location.

  Classic Jalan Ipoh condo, great value

  I've been at Vantage Point in the Menang Ria area for a while and it's been a comfortable, practical home. The location along Jalan Ipoh gives excellent connectivity to KL city centre—I can get to work in 15 minutes via Jalan Kuching. The development has aged well, facilities are maintained, and the management team keeps things running smoothly. For a no-fuss, value-for-money KL address with solid connectivity, Vantage Point delivers.
