  Promising new development with strong concept

  I secured a unit at Veladaz Residences during the launch phase and the value proposition at that price point was compelling. The unit specifications are above average—good ceiling height, quality finishes, practical layout. The facilities lineup is comprehensive for a mid-range development. Location has decent highway access and the surrounding area is developing. For a newer launch with solid fundamentals, Veladaz is worth serious consideration.
