  Watak kompak Ketenangan dan fasiliti

  Villaria berada di lokasi strategik dalam Petaling Jaya, tetapi masih mengekalkan suasana kediaman yang agak tenang berbanding kawasan komersial yang sibuk. Suasana hijau di sekitarnya memberi rasa privasi, sesuai untuk mereka yang ingin “lari sekejap” daripada hiruk-pikuk kota. Dengan unit kediaman yang tidak terlalu padat, ia lebih mudah menawarkan ruang yang selesa untuk keluarga kecil atau individu yang mengutamakan kedamaian. Seperti kebanyakan kondominium moden, Villaria menyediakan fasiliti asas yang cukup baik—kolam renang, gimnasium, kawasan permainan kanak-kanak, dan dewan serbaguna. Namun yang lebih penting, fasiliti ini tidak sekadar ada, tetapi dalam keadaan terurus dengan baik, menjadikan ia benar-benar boleh digunakan, bukan sekadar hiasan.

  In a good hand

  This property has a good management, fast action and got really respectful staffing here. Other than that, for those who likes shopping, it got a new access directly to Sunway, around which takes only less than 2 minutes depending on the traffic condition. You will got a peaceful morning living in here.

  Bad management especially Guard at the guard

  Bad management especially guard at guard house. They sleep and play phone. When the car arrive, they don’t care you at all and too busy play phone, like after 3 seconds then use her eyes slowly look.
