  Simple and peaceful

  I’m retired and live alone here. I like that it’s quiet most of the time. The jogging track and reading room are my favourite spots. Maintenance could be better in some areas, but overall, it’s peaceful and comfortable.

  Perfect starter home

  Just moved in a few months ago and we’re quite happy with it. The unit isn’t huge, but it’s bright and well-kept. Facilities are decent and we love the pool and mini mart. For this price range, honestly can’t complain.

  Great value for working adults

  I rent a unit with two friends. It’s affordable, safe, and close to public transport, so we save on petrol. We’re hardly home, but when we are, we chill at the cafe or gym. Not luxurious, but very practical for our lifestyle.
