First Commercial Property
Wisma Hangsam is the first commercial property I have personally invested in. I chose it because I wanted to start with an office unit rather than jumping into a much larger commercial project. After considering it, I felt comfortable taking the step because I was buying with a long term mindset. I am not expecting the experience to be the same as owning a new office tower. Instead, I see the older property as something with an established identity. Having a commercial unit also gives me more flexibility when planning my future investments. So far, I am glad I took the chance and added this property to my portfolio. -

Good Established Building
I decided to invest in Wisma Hangsam because I prefer properties with an established history. It has been around for quite some time and has a familiar presence. I was not looking for a modern corporate tower with lots of extra facilities. What mattered more to me was having an office unit in an established commercial property. It felt like a sensible option for the type of investment I had in mind. I am hoping to hold the unit for several years and see how the value develops. -

Rental Potential
I bought my unit with the idea of renting it out later. Wisma Hangsam caught my attention because it is an established office property rather than a newly launched project. I feel the property has some appeal for businesses looking for a straightforward office space. So far, I am happy with the decision to keep it as an investment. -
