KUALA LUMPUR, 22 February 2013 - Asia’s leading property portal, PropertyGuru Group has appointed Gerard Kho as its new Country Manager for Malaysia effective 1 February.
Kho is backed with an extensive experience and knowledge in the property market not only locally but also in the Singapore and Australia markets. With his new post, Kho will oversee all aspects of the firm’s operations in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and the Iskandar region, as well as handle promotion activities in line with the company’s rapid expansion.
Before joining PropertyGuru, Kho was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of real estate agency Reapfield. Under his term, the company’s revenue jumped 90 percent within four years and bagged various industry awards.
Aside from holding positions in different property agencies, Kho is also a competent speaker as well as a co-author of leading property magazine Thrust back in 2012.
