We compared Legasi Kampong Bharu with two other developments in the area, namely The Datum Jelatek and STAR Residences.
Minimum prices at Datum Jelatek is more affordable by about RM76,200, but that development is farther from KLCC as it is situated at Kampung Datuk Keramat. The Star Residences just 670 metres opposite the Klang River from Legasi Kampong Bharu, but the minimum prices there are more expensive than Legasi Kampong Bharu’s by RM283,800.
This means if you want to live closer to the bustling heart of Kuala Lumpur, then Legasi Kampong Bharu is an ideal choice, but if you want live in a lower-density project go for the Star Residences
