The ground floor of the development also contains 43 shop lots. The properties are sited on a 1.157ha leasehold plot having a mixed land title and with a gross development value of about RM529 million.

The Al Islam Specialist Hospital (formerly known as Kampung Baru Medical Centre) is only 450 metres away, whereas the Kampung Bharu Primary School is a 5-minute car ride.
Furthermore, Legasi Kampong Bharu is accessible via a vast network or roads and lanes within the capital. The two nearest major highways are Jalan Kuching and Jalan Tun Razak. The former is part of Kuala Lumpur Inner Ring Road and Kuala Lumpur–Rawang Highway, while the latter is part of Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 1.
Analysis
We compared Legasi Kampong Bharu with two other developments in the area, namely The Datum Jelatek and STAR Residences.
Minimum prices at Datum Jelatek is more affordable by about RM76,200, but that development is farther from KLCC as it is situated at Kampung Datuk Keramat. The Star Residences just 670 metres opposite the Klang River from Legasi Kampong Bharu, but the minimum prices there are more expensive than Legasi Kampong Bharu’s by RM283,800.
This means if you want to live closer to the bustling heart of Kuala Lumpur, then Legasi Kampong Bharu is an ideal choice, but if you want live in a lower-density project go for the Star Residences

In addition, the development offers breath-taking views over KLCC, Kuala Lumpur Tower, Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Sultan Ismail.
