Summary
For comparison purposes, we have selected Setia Ecohill by SP Setia which is located in the neighbouring township, Semenyih. It is a good apple-to-apple comparison considering that they are both 2-storey terrace houses. In terms of developers, both are equally reputable with transcendent quality. However in terms of township, we still prefer Bandar Puteri Bangi over Semenyih for the fact that the former is newer and poised for more flourishing developments as opposed to the latter, which is an older township. The choice is yours.
