The apartment takes up 7 acres of a 17-acre site owned by JL99 in KL North. 99 Residence is designed to cater for own-stay, JL99 included more than 48 types of luxury facilities and spacious common areas. JL99 also designed 99 Residence from the user’s perspective, with features such as direct access vehicle speed ramp to designated car park levels for residents’ convenience. The project’s common areas and facilities are more spacious than the standard requirements. For example, the corridors (8ft), the vehicle ramp (12ft), the multi-purpose hall (7400sq.ft.), and sky gym (4500sq.ft.) are all wider than normal. Priced from RM481,500, JL99 believes in building affordable luxury homes for the public. 99 Residence is designed in a way where the door-to-door units are not facing each other. This was done to give privacy to the residents. There are 4
