Some of it are Queesbay Mall, D’Piazza Mall, and Sunshine Square. These are the main attractions and choice of malls for the local Penangnite. Sungai Ara is also a strategic location nearby many schools. There is a healthy mix of local and international schools. The local schools are such as, SK Bayan Lepas, SJK(C) Chung Shan, SJK(T) Bayan lepas and SMK Sungai Ara. Some of the international schools are, Straits International School and Fairview International School. Setia Green is also located very close to many hospitals and medical institutions such as Pantai Hospital Penang, Pearl maternity and Hope Children Hospital. There are a host of fundamental lifestyle amenities nearby like clinics, wet market, retail outlets, supermarkets, eateries, mamak stalls, petrol station and banks. Setia Garden is equipped with landscaped surroundings, children’s playground, jogging track, a swimming pool, children’s pool, gymnasium, sauna, reading room and a BBQ area. The whole community and residential area is gated. Setia Green comprises of a total 601 units split in between the 3 housing options. The terrace houses range from 2,436 sq ft to 3,212 sq ft. The semi-detached units range from 3,136 sq ft to 3,550 sq ft. Last but not least, the condominium is split to 3 types; Type A (1,515 sq ft), Type B (1,314 sq ft) and Type C (1,095 sq ft).
