你好，我的30年房屋要卖，买家贷款已经批准，双方律师是用买家的，想问如果签了 S&P 后是否可以交锁匙给买家？或是要等买家的loan agreement完成才交锁匙，或是等买家的银行付完钱才交锁匙？谢谢
