1. I engaged one agent from vestcom, but on day of viewing she brought in 4 other people- all 4 are NOT the intended tenant (A) agreed upon. Is this proper?
2. Agent then explained that A is busy and rented the unit for his sister, B. i was informed that out of the other 3 people, two are friends of B and another is an agent X from ??? which I did not engage at all. Is this proper??
3. When I requested for tenant A 's hp number, second agent X insisted that I muct only be in contact with her -reason given is tenant A is very busy (???!!) is this a fidelity issue, COI issue, for her ? benefit ?
My agent and second agent also behaves like tenant is their customer, demanding for this and that on the tenant behalf ? Is this proper?
Payment from tenant is received by agent including the ernest 1 month- should these be paid to owner first and owner pay to agent!! How to rectify this so we can stop poor conduct of self-motivated agent
