1) JMB gets one (1) monthly invoice water bill from Syabas which means JMB has to pay whatever amount stated in the bill to Syabas or the min water charges as stipulated by Syabas right?
2) Does Syabas or current Strata Act give approval to each JMB to charge the minimum water charge rate as stipulated by Syabas on its parcel owners
3) For condominium units which come under the management of JMB each parcel owner will pay water charges to its JMB based on invoice issued by JMB. For minimum water charges, does JMB has the right to charge whatever minimum amount they decide without prior consent of parcel owners?
