1.when does the duty of an estate agent comes to an end? After fees is paid by landlord?
2.if yes, can the agent still represent the tenant to pursue matters with the landlord, when the landlord prefers to deal directly with the tenant?
3.what recourse that the landlord has to stop the agent in meddling in ?
4.agent is not well versed with the terms of the TA eventhough he has a copy of it, and has caused a lot of headache to the landlord . Time for them to upskill and not bulldoze their way through in a matter.
