Whether the Management Corporation &/ MC has the absolute POWER & AUTHORITY to INTERVENT on the RECTIFICATION of the REGISTER for the REVALIDATION of the SHARE UNIT as stipulated in the 200 STRATA TITLES of SUBSIDIARY PROPRIETORS ISSUED by the STATE GOVERNMENT in 2007, in the CONCEPT of a "CURTAIN " & " MIRROR" principle , and the motion buttressed and REINFORCED - INDEFEABISIBILITY in the TORRENS SYSTEM of an (IMMUNED) land registration ?
2) WHETHER (IF), A RESOLUTION MANDATED in a GENERAL MEETING on the above subject matter SHALL OVERRIDING the (registered) INTERESTS (Share Unit) of the INDEFEABISIBILITY of the TITLE ?
