A few years ago i purchased a commercial
strata property from a developer .As strata title had not been issued, he assigned the rights to the property to Party A . I purchaesd the property from Party A After so many years, the strata title still has not been issued. Meanwhile, the developer went bankrupt and the liquidator took over. The liquidator refused to recognise me as beneficial owner as he says the earlier documentation is highly dubious , fraud is suspected and he needs to do a verification exercise as the property has passed through an earlier purchaser . Meanwhile, what action can i take to enforce my rights with originated from the developer under the Assignment Agreement? Would appreciate your advice.
