A piece of land is leased at RM500,000 for 12 years . The tenant stated that he has paid a commission of RM10k (2%) to the agent. As a lessor, we also required to pay rm10k commission to the agent who introduced the lessee to us. . I disagree, because as far as I know, the agency commission is only paid once, either lessee or lessor , not by the both lessee and the lessor. Am I right? ....
