A property agent asked me to help sell a property that has been difficult to sell (the property is very large, expensive so there are very little interested buyers, property is very far away - near Kedah), . I'm not a Real estate negotiator and I won''t bother myself with showing the property or any of the legal work. I will only find a buyer and refer the buyer to the agent. How can I calculate a referral fee / finder fee if I find a buyer for the agent who successfully sell the properry to my buyer? TQ
