A recent trip back to JB for some shopping in these malls (KSL, City Square, leisure). I realise that developers are aggressively pushing their properties to the market in those free-way areas in the malls. A handful of them were usually be found on the main floor previously. Now you see them putting up everywhere in the malls, 2nd - 4 floors. I am sure the other shopping centres are also having these properties launching. Some developers have engage celebrities to help advertise too. Property experts are all out to calm the markets through the media, but does it need a johorean to understand the present buying sentiment of Johor properties. Iskandar needs to be developed before the current price hike. Can I say 85% is still forest there.
