Actually, what is the difference between leasehold and freehold, except the fact that leasehold is 99 years and freehold is forever? I keen to find out because recently I've found a property in Semenyih that is freehold, but far from the place where I work. There's also another property that I'm interested to buy in Ampang. This one is nearby my office but it is a leasehold property. So, which one should I buy?
