After we bought a SOHO unit for 300K, we tried to install metal grill doors painted with the company theme colors which just alternating red and black rows. The building management is trying to prevent us from installing the grills by imposing an RM8,000 refundable deposit for our RM1,600 grills. It really feels like extortion and intimidation. Do they have legal basis for such action?
