An owner rent his shop on July, promising the current tenant will move out on September. I signed and paid the advance rental. Recently I was informed by the owner, the current tenant is not moving out, and owner is not sure when I can move in. That costs me a lot as I had paid deposits for interior designs and equipments. Kindly advise how can I compensate my lost from this irresponsible owner, who rent out his shop without knowing how to deal with the tenant, thank you very much.
