Are there such practice in Malaysia property scene？
Signed Exclusive contract with agency.
They will renovate as the house as it is in original state and then market the house to the open market.
Once contract signed title deed will be kept at Lawyer Firm but do not know whom the title deed belongs to.
Renovation takes about 2 months.
Followed by Valuation by Bank.
Put on market for sales for 6 months
If cannot sell, investor company will find some one to buy over the house.
We do not need to pay for the renovation upfront, renovation fee will be deduct after sales of the property.
