As far as i know there is only 2 land tittle which is commercial and residential. My agent mentioned about commercial HDA and its totally different from commercial. So that's mean got 3 land tittle, residential, commercial and commercial HDA. Is that true? If so, what's the diff between those two commercial tittle?
