Hi just wanna ask if prestige residence a good investment? I'm thinking to rent it out for like 2 to 3 years then I only move in.
I'm working in klang lama and my parents are living in seri kembangan.
So the location and the price is good for me but the size of the property and the window I'm not really satisfy.
Do you guys think I should buy this (maybe ownstay) or choose a similar one in Bukit jalil or puchong for rental/ investment? Then maybe sell or if possible buy my ideal one?
