Hi Dato Joey & Propertyguru team, I randomly search in propertyguru.com.my on new project in JB Msia last year and I just bought the property it self last year where i don't even get to view it as i'm currently working in Singapore.
What makes me bought it becos the area are very easily accessible from JB City area, low density unit and is Freehold.
Along the way there is alot mistake from developer such as my unit that i choose is taken and they have to replace me other unit which same digit number just that different floor (14-13 to 13-14) and is still facing seaview look over Singapore
My main concern now is the unit main entrance is facing the common exit staircase. should i do anything on it? like put a wall or partitions? to block it?
