Can a freelancer without valid payslip get bank loan easily? I have bank statement proving that I have fixed amount deposited into my bank account every month, and I had made little amount of self contribution on kwsp.

Friend of mine can done it without any documents. He already gt the personal loan, credit card and housing loan in this 2 year.
