Can a management body take all the visitor parking, rent it out and do a bidding for car park rental? And is it possible if management body allow to rent the common area (used to be playground area with small field) to a resident for farming purposes? And if it allowed, does it mean that the maintenances fees can be reduces for that since that area being rent out and there is no playground to be maintained anymore.
