Can a resident (who is a tenant, not owner) who is a tennis coach use condo courts for coaching outsiders (even at nights) for as many hours as he likes? What are the rules pertaining to tennis coaching in a condo tennis court? Also, can a condo charge guests of residents who come to play tennis together (not for coaching)?
