No. The registered owners on the title deed usually follows exactly the purchasers names on the Sale & Purchase Agreement.
If your wife is able to afford and qualify for a loan without your involvement then why not use her name alone in the Sale & Purchase Agreement and subsequently in the title deed?. Read More
