Hi, just to share with you: for Leisure Farm, foreigners can only purchase properties priced RM1mil and above, as it’s under Johor’s foreign ownership rules.

But actually, Johor Bahru still has many very good properties worth considering. In certain areas or projects, foreigners are not subject to the minimum property price threshold of RM 1million ya.
