Can guards or JMB stop a strata title condo owner (who is also resident and is not a defaulter) from entering the property and using the elevators if they refuse to register for the newly installed facial recognition system?
Our condo is phasing out the existing fobs and has installed facial recognition cameras on all access door. They do not appear to have a data protection policy or privacy policy. Neither was the F.R.S. voted on at any AGM, though it was supposedly voted in at a committee meeting though the minutes are not sent to owners.
